The community grew much faster than expected. Although the musicians and artists could upload or post songs to their profile, it didn't seem to be getting them the exposure they were in need of. Mainstream radio was rejecting them at every turn. The founder decided to move a portion of the promotion to blogtalk radio, where personal artist interviews began. The interviews were one on one via phone, however; other members of the Ning community were encouraged to call in to chat with the co-member being interview. This created a closeness with the artists and the founder. Others, not members of the community learned of this and began listening and requesting to become guests on the talk show. The guest list included up-and-coming artists, Billboard top-charting artists, and legends. The founder feels it is a privilege to have interviewed the likes of; .R&B groups, Solo, High Five, Force MD, and members of H-Town. Other mentionable includes; Howard Hewett, Tre Williams,(BluesManLover aka the #StandupInIt man) Theodis Ealey, Grammy winner, Boddy Rush, Audry Turner (wife of the late Ike Turner), Yeshe of Arrested Development, and others. If you have ' Something for the Soul', We look forward to having you as a guest on SFTS Radio. **( Additionally; we have commercial spots on our station )
